[PANELS]
We sell fiberglass panels for the RV-7 and RV-9 along with two
different styles with a center console for the RV-10. You may
have seen these panels in “Kitplanes” magazine or
at a recent air show. Should you wish to have a fiberglass panel
in your RV and would like to build the panel yourself, we will
sell you just the fiberglass panel.

[OVERHEAD
CONSOLES]
Our overhead console works great with the popular RV-10 Air
Conditioning Unit from Flight
Line. If you are not ready for AC at this time,
our panels are pre-wired for the system to allow for easy upgrade
later! In the meantime, you can add our custom fresh air scoop
and get overhead ventilation and lighting for each occupant,
and more!
(RV-10): Here is a picture of the popular new overhead console
for the RV-10

[RV-10
Air Scoop] Since there is no way to get air
from the existing naca scoops at the front of the RV-10 to the
rear of the plane (due to rib locations) we’ve developed
this rear fresh air scoop. By simply bonding this piece to your
tail fairing fiberglass piece, you can get plenty of fresh air
to each occupant through the overhead vents in the console!
There is certainly plenty of positive air pressure here since
it is a location where the air is already being “broken
up” into three directions around the tail. If the drag
difference could even be measured, it would be negligible. A
rear naca scoop would be tricky simply because there is a good
chance of actually sucking air out due to negative pressure
aft of the CG! This position will provide plenty of positive
pressure, even at low taxi speeds!
[NEWS
FLASH!] Larry Baker has proved that NACA
scoops behind the baggage door work great! He is getting plenty
of air, including at taxi speeds. So, you can choose between
the scoop or install a couple of NACA scoops in the side without
worrying about moisture!

.
[RV-10
Window Close Outs] Due to the rough nature of
the transition from the window to the canopy in RV-10s, we’ve
developed some close out rings that you can simply mount to
the interior of the canopy. The end result is a smooth transition
and a much cleaner look for the interior.

[Other]
We have other interesting ideas for options for the interior
of the RV line of aircraft. Some are currently under development
and we’re excited about bringing them to market. If you
have any ideas you’d like to see developed, please contact
us and share!
